Four beach Volleyball players are poised to represent Sierra Leone in the upcoming All Africa games in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Coach Sorie Kamara told this press that they initially invited 18 players both male and female from the provinces for trials at the Lumley Beach Volleyball Arena.
He said after a selection process based on performance "I was left with 8 players, four each in the male and female categories and they are now having their final trials after which the best four would be selected for the tournament."
The coach said two each from both categories would be selected soon and their names would be made public and expressed confidence about the performance of players because they have "demonstrated a positive strength towards the All African Games Competitions."
