The Sierra Leone Swimming Association SLSA will begin its two-day swimming competition 20th December at the Swimming Arena. According the organisation's Secretary General Mohamed Turay, several clubs are expected to take part in the event "to show case their talent." He said they will also select their best swimmers for the upcoming international competition.
Turay said a giant trophy named after one of the best swimmers ever in Sierra Leone, KK Bangura is at stake. He said registration is free and open to all clubs wishing to participate and urged them to sign up quickly.
