LEOCEM FA Cup Final...EE Lions Meets Kamboi Eagles

All roads lead to the southern city of Bo on Sunday 25th May for the final of the Leocem - sponsored FA Cup between East End Lions from the Western Area and Kamboi Eagles from the Eastern headquarter town of Kenema.

The head coach of EE lions Christian Cole remains confident of winning the FA cup for the very first time since he took over the club as head coach last year. Cole said "it is not an easy task to defeat Kamboi Eagles because they have a very strong team with a very good technical staff".

He said the club executive "is putting all things in place to see that we win the FA Cup as we have trained a lot for this competition and the benefit of that will be winning the FA cup for the third time in the club's history".

Kamboi Eagles Head Coach Mohamed Lamin Turay said that his boys "are very focused for this final as most of them want to be part of the club's history of winning the FA cup for the first time". Turay maintained that despite losing points in their last two matches in the Premier League, his team "remains strong because the supporters are looking up to the team to win the FA Cup".

The winner will Bag 20 millions Leones and also qualify for the West Africa Football Union West African Football Union, (WAFU)  Competition.
