The founder and manager of non - division side FC Seattle has praised the discipline and commitment of his players. Speaking at a charitable programe organised by the club at the Lumley beach last weekend, Bambay Sawaneh said "as a team they are taking this objective very seriously so that we can build them for the future prospect both locally and internationally". He said every three months "we organise matches for them in all the categories we have just to keep them going... we preach and pray for the players to avert injuries from them before and after matches".
Asked how the charitable program benefits the club, he said they use it to "foster good relationships amongst other people in different classes in the society and it also serves as a means to bring people to the club since it's a football club.
Sawaneh said "despite the fact that we are facing constraints in up keep of the players, we are doing what is necessary to improve the welfare of the players.
