An SSS 2 Science student at St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary school in Freetown and of Immaculata House, Naomi Kebbie has received a two- year scholarship from the SLFA President, Isha Johansen. Naomi was grateful to the FA boss who is a former pupil of the school for her offer. ‘’I was looking for such an opportunity in my life and now that it has come to pass, I will make good use of it”, the girl says. She described herself as the school’s best athlete, claiming the secret behind it all was down to hard work .The youngster who spoke to Politco said she had won most of her school’s track events and expressed her dream of becoming a Professional athlete upon completion of her education.
