Five workers of the Sierra Leone Football Association, SLFA were sent home on Wednesday with less than a week to a crucial congress of the association in Makeni.
David Momoh, Abu Maley Conteh, Aiah Dixon Brima, Abu Bakarr Conteh, commonly known as Double Chair and Emerica Jones-Brown were not allowed to enter their offices by the Administrative Officer of the SLFA.
David Momoh told journalists that, "they didn't suspend us, but we were asked out of the building without a letter until further notice...we were shocked and disappointed."
Emerica Jones-Brown said 'the Administrative Officer told us to go home and return after the congress. SLFA General Secretary and Media Officer didn't pick our calls as we tried to get comments of the issue.
