It's only 48 hours now to the start of the three-day Airtel sponsored Amputee Football Gala sponsor at the national stadium.
Eight teams drawn from Freetown and the provinces are poised to take part in the gala which the organisers hope will serve as a platform for players intending to be part of the national team for the forth- coming Amputee championship in Kenya Nairobi.
Some of the players said they hope that such activities will continue because they are ready "to put up very good performance for our teams and be part of the national team".
