A man identified as a bike rider and famer in Bo district has appeared before a magistrate court in Freetown for allegedly killing one Osman Jalloh at Bass Street, Brookfields in Freetown.
26-year-old Ibrahim Kamara appeared before Magistrate Mark Ngegba at the Pademba Road Court No.1 on Monday 6th November 2023, where the two counts of conspiracy and murder were read out to him.
The accused who did not have a lawyer was not asked to make a plea.
The magistrate adjourned the preliminary investigation to the 14th of November this year after the prosecution said they did not have witnesses for Monday’s hearing.
