The Law Department of Fourah Bay College will kick off its annual Inter-Class Football Gala tournament today at the X-ray Arena, SS Camp and continues tomorrow.
Before this time, the Law Society had received some football items donated to them by the Western Area Football Association (WAFA) which also provided them with match officials to officiate in the competition.
The Secretary General of WAFA, Benjamin Gordon, noted that as a former student of the law society, he was pleased to have rendered his help to the department in his own little way. He said no sooner he saw the letter from the President of the Law society requesting for their help, than he had to respond to him immediately. He added that his door is always open whenever the department needs his help.
