By Kemoh Sesay

Premier league club, Anti Drugs have got a 23 seater Mercedes Benz mini- bus to ease the transportation  problems of players and officials.   Head coach, Raymond Hunter who showed journalists the vehicle at the John F. Kennedy School compound at Tower Hill, Freetown over the weekend, said that it is a  step in the right direction for the club, noting that it will ease the pressure on the club’s  transportation needs especially when it comes to travelling to the provinces as they have found it to be very difficult in the past to  reach  their destinations without a hitch.  Hunter thanked club Chairman, Alhaji Unisa Alim Sesay popularly known as ‘’Awoko” for making the bus available to the club. He used the opportunity to also make reference to the club’s promotion to the premier league and paid tribute to the players and his technical team for their hard work and commitment. Alhaji Unisa Alim Sesay said  it was a great venture for him to provide a mini- bus to address  problems associated with lack of transportation at the club, adding that soon all the players  will be provided with  Accident and Medical Insurance and will also be registered with the National Social Security and Insurance Trust or NASSIT, with further plans to have the club incorporated into a company. An academy and a school for the players, are among other plans under serious consideration..
