The ongoing FA Cup has reached the semi final stage with the only division one side left in the competition crashing out after being edged out by Kamboi Eagles of Kenema on post game penalties after 1-1 full time score line.
Speaking to Politico, Samuel Sesay, coach of Edmound Micheal Foundation Samuel Sesay said his boys put up a brave fight in the match but were unlucky to win the match. He said, in a "penalty shoot-out any team can win. Kamboi Eagles have won and are out, that is football. We must accept it".
’Sesay said he was "pleased with my team's performance in the entire tournament and next season we are coming again to fight for the trophy and if possible to become champions.
