The LEOCEN - sponsored FA Cup has reached the quarter final stages with some big names going out. FC Johansen suffered a shock 1-0 defeat away to Bo Rangers in a match played over the weekend at the Kenema town field. Bo Rangers are in the quarter finals of the FA Cup for the first time in their history.
Division side, Real Mack lost to Freetown City Football Club 1-0 away at the Brima Attouga mini stadium and City Council continue their good form in the FA Cup despite their dismal performance in the Premier League.
Old Edwardians lost to EE Lions on post-game penalties 5-4. Kholifa Stars of Magburaka were also defeated on penalties 5-3 by RSLAF.
For their part, FC Kallon won 2-1 against Dollarosa, Sunday foundation of Kambia were beaten 2-1 by Alan- Thababang 2-1, while Grassfield United of Moyamba also lost to Kamboi Eagles 2-1 at home.
Edmond Michael Foundation made their way through by easily thrashing Geoma Jargoh of Kailahun 4-1 in Bo Town.
