The Fourah Bay Amateur Football Association (FAFA) Inter Area Community competition sponsored by the chairman of the Western Area Football Association (WAFA) Abdul Hamid Kanasieu is scheduled to start mid September at the Oxley Ground, Fourah Bay.
According to the Secretary General of FAFA, Abdul Rahman Davis, 32 communities will take part in this year’s competition. “The defending champions Bottom Mango community will play in the opening fixture with their local rivals, Seaside community, whilst Dove-Cut will engage last year’s runners-up Kossoh Town in the second match on day two of the competition”.
