The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Musa Timothy Kabba has said Ministers needed to be briefed on state protocols and that the new facility at the ministry will be at the centre of such an exercise.

Kabba made this observation to the Chief Minister, Dr. David Sengeh during his on the spot check at the Ministry on the 2^nd of October this year.

 Kabba said they want to ensure that Ministers and MDA heads are trained so they could perform well during state functions.
