ORSAMU REFUSING TO APOLOGIZE DESPITE CONDEMNATION
Orsamu has been told by many Sierra Leoneans that he was completely Out of Order with his tribal rants the other day and should apologize and ask for mercy. Since those comments went viral on social media, we have been waiting patiently for this guy who continues to dream about occupying the State House in 2023 to stand up and say sorry but he has kept quiet hoping and praying that somehow we will all soon forget those comments and move on.

TUNDE COLE AND HIS PLACE IN THE HISTORY OF SIERRA LEONE
In many ways the name TUNDE COLE can be ranked alongside that of Kasho Makray when we come to write the history of this land that we love. Makray, a man who made his money in the transport business, spent a fortune in philanthropy mainly in the east of the city and he paid particular attention to the maternity hospital that serves mostly ordinary people. His death devastated many. Most Sierra Leoneans outside that community got to know about him after his death.

When torrential rains lashed Freetown recently many awful things happened – some homes were washed away and properties destroyed, power lines were cut and as we write this a good many ordinary Sierra Leoneans are trying to rebuild while looking over their shoulders to see what the rest of the rainy season holds for this country. We believe climate change is beginning to take a toll on Sierra Leone and there is a long struggle ahead.
