We have been complaining about groups of boys that operate along Campbell Street in the western part of Freetown, stealing from cars parked along that road in broad daylight. In some cases they have stolen the cars. They mostly operate out of those lanes leading into Campbell Street – Peter Lane, John Lane, Edward Lane and Benjamin.
