The Executive
Producer of Mercy Movie Production, Wurie Bah has confirmed to
Politico
that one of the country's budding actresses, Salaimatu Davida Kargbo,
was shot and killed between 6:00 and 7:00 PM on Sunday during
rehearsals at the Bishop Johnson Secondary School in the east of
Freetown.
Bah said the
robbers also carted away with property worth millions of Leones.
Police at the Ross
Road Division say they are investigating a suspected armed robbery
incident and have made one arrest, Alusine Koroma who the source says
is helping with investigations.
The Mercy Movie
Production have produced several movies including Gina The Strange
Girl, Jeneba and the Return of Gina.
